Here’s a delicious 😋 tropical berry fruit smoothie bowl recipe packed with flavor, nutrients, and gorgeous beauty! Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a refreshing treat.

🥭🍓 Tropical Berry Smoothie Bowl 🍓🥭


Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | No cooking required!


🌴 Ingredients:

Smoothie Base:


1 cup frozen mango chunks 🥭


1 cup frozen strawberries 🍓


1/2 cup frozen pineapple 🍍


1 small banana (fresh or frozen) 🍌


1/2 cup coconut milk 🥥 (or almond milk)


1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)


1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess – optional)



🔹 Toppings:


Fresh blueberries 🫐


Kiwi slices 🥝


Shredded coconut 🥥


Chia seeds or flaxseeds


Granola or crushed almonds


Dragon fruit balls or cubes (optional but tropical!)

1. Blend the Base:
