- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest

For the Top:
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)

1. Make the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt, and sugar.
