STATEMENT OF AUTHORITY
The Petitioner asserts:
- That all authority in Heaven and Earth is established by the Sovereign Creator.
- That by divine redemption and covenant alignment with righteousness, the Petitioner possesses legal standing to renounce and terminate any unlawful spiritual contract.
- That any covenant rooted in deception, coercion, ignorance, manipulation, bloodline iniquity, ritual, or witchcraft is hereby challenged and brought before the Courts for lawful dissolution.
GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE
This Petition is brought on the following grounds:
- Fraudulent spiritual inducement
- Unauthorized covenantal attachment
- Generational or ancestral imposition without consent

ORDER OF RESTORATION
It is further decreed that:
- What was stolen shall be restored.
- What was delayed shall be accelerated.
- What was bound shall be loosed.
- What was fragmented shall be made whole.
The Petitioner stands legally set free, spiritually disentangled, and covenantally aligned with righteousness and truth.
FINAL JUDGMENT
This Decree is entered into the record of the Courts of Heaven as final, permanent, irrevocable, and enforceable.
