🥑✨ Avocado Fruit Tea Milkshake (Dairy-Free, Nutrient-Rich)

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted  
- 1/2 cup brewed herbal tea (chilled; chamomile or rooibos works beautifully)  
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk (unsweetened)  
- 1/2 cup fruit (choose one: strawberries 🍓 or peaches 🍑, fresh or frozen)  
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup (or pure vanilla extract + honey/maple syrup)  
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon  
- Ice cubes (optional, for a frosty texture)

Instructions:
1. Brew the tea and let it cool completely. You can chill it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
2. In a blender, add the avocado, fruit, milk, vanilla syrup, cinnamon, and tea.

Ingredients:

For the Vanilla Cake:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk

For the Vanilla Frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons milk

Decorations:
- Edible Holy Bible decoration (available at specialty baking stores or online)

- Optional: edible gold dust or sprinkles for added flair

Instructions:

1. Bake the Vanilla Cake:

1. Beat the softened butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
3. Mix in vanilla extract and enough milk until the frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.
4. Either use immediately or refrigerate until needed.

3. Assemble the Cake:
1. Place one cake layer on a serving plate.
2. Spread a layer of frosting on top.
3. Place the second cake layer over, then frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining vanilla frosting.

4. Decorate:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 burger buns (preferably brioche or sesame)
  • Butter (for toasting buns)
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, red onion (optional)
  • Ketchup, mustard, mayo (as desired)

Instructions:

  1. Form Patties

    • Divide ground beef into 4 equal balls and flatten into thin patties (slightly wider than your buns).
    • Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Patties

    • Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add a touch of oil.
    • Cook patties 2–3 minutes per side.
    • In the last minute, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  3. Toast the Buns

    • Spread butter on cut sides of buns.
    • Toast on the skillet or grill until golden brown.

🧂 Ingredients


For the Pasta & Chicken:


12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini)


2 tablespoons olive oil


2 large chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized chunks)


1 teaspoon garlic powder


1 teaspoon onion powder


1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


½ teaspoon paprika


Salt & pepper to taste


2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)


1 tablespoon fresh basil (optional)



For the Cheesy Sauce:


2 tablespoons butter


2 tablespoons flour


2 cups milk (whole or 2%)


1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)


1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese


½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional for tang)


Salt & pepper to taste



For the Bread Topping:


2 cups cubed bread (day-old French bread or sourdough preferred)


2 tablespoons melted butter


1 garlic clove (minced)


1 tablespoon olive oil


1 tablespoon parsley or Italian seasoning


Pinch of salt

👨🏽‍🍳 Instructions


1. Cook the Pasta


Boil water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.


2. Prepare the Chicken


Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.


In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6–8 mins). Add parsley and basil, then set aside.


3. Make the Cheesy Sauce


In the same skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden.


Slowly whisk in milk and cream. Simmer until thickened (about 5 mins).


Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and smooth.


4. Combine & Assemble


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).


Mix cooked pasta, chicken, and cheese sauce in a large bowl or casserole dish.


5. Prepare the Bread Topping


Toss bread cubes with melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley/seasoning, and a pinch of salt.


Spread seasoned bread cubes over the top of the pasta mixture.


6. Bake
