Interesting topic today....
Approximately how many different fruits 🍓🍉🍑🍊 actually EXIST on Earth 🌎 Today?
FUN FACTS:
There isn’t an exact official number, because botanists keep discovering, reclassifying, and hybridizing fruits around the world. But estimates from agricultural science and plant taxonomy suggest:
There are roughly 2,000–4,000 commonly recognized edible fruit species on Earth.
If you include wild, regional, rare, and little-known fruits, the number may exceed 10,000 distinct fruit-bearing species globally.
The tropical regions of Brazil, India, Indonesia, and parts of Southeast Asia contain thousands of native fruits most people have never heard of.
One of the DAUGHTERS of The Living God here...
I'm asking this question because I'm curious. Upon my arrival to Heaven, I expect to sit at the white sparkling diamond 💎 table with an extreme and major food banquet of ALL of Earth''s fruit delicacies!
I'll be sitting down at the exotic, sparkling diamond 💎 table with some of my sisters and brothers in Christ, chit-chatting, fraternizing, and chillaxin, eating and becoming full and satisfied, while ALL of us are holding exotic 💎 diamond champagne 🥂 glasses filled with various flavors of nourishing, refreshing, and filling blends of fruit juices: Heaven-made. Yum!
Looking like an INFINITE supply of endless, fresh, pure fruits.
Man, if you think MY job eating them is a challenge, then try God actually speaking these fruits in to EXISTENCE. THAT'S THE REAL CHALLENGE! I don't think I could have taken on THAT job! 😆😆😆🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
Or even the task that first man Adam had to actually NAME the fruits that the Living God had spoken in to existence.
Me personally, I would have been passed out, drooling, and sleeping like a baby on a cloud somewhere if I had to take on the assignment of naming ALL the fruits of the Earth 🌍.
For perspective:
Supermarkets usually sell only about 20–40 fruit types regularly.
Scientists estimate humans eat less than 10% of the world’s edible fruit diversity.
Botanically, a “fruit” is even broader than most people think. Tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkins, avocados, olives, peppers, and eggplants are technically fruits because they develop from a flower and contain seeds.
So the true number of fruits on Earth depends on whether you mean:
culinary fruits,
botanical fruits,
edible fruits,
or all fruiting plant species.
