Here’s a refreshing and delicious Watermelon and  Tomato Fruit Smoothie recipe that you can enjoy. Perfect for a hot day!


Watermelon Tomato Fruit Smoothie


Ingredients:


- 2 cups ripe watermelon, cubed and seeds removed

- 1 medium ripe tomato, chopped (preferably a sweet variety like cherry or beefsteak)

- 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)

- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)

- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

- A few fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

- Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:


1. Prepare the Ingredients:

   - Wash and chop the watermelon and tomato.

   - If desired, chill the watermelon in the fridge for a more refreshing smoothie.


2. Blend:

   - In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, chopped tomato, coconut water, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup.

   - If you prefer a colder drink, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.


3. Blend Until Smooth:

   - Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If needed, pause the blender to scrape down the sides.


4. Taste and Adjust:

   - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey/agave syrup or acidity with additional lime juice if needed.


5. Serve:

   - Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.

   - Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.


6. Enjoy:

   - Serve immediately while cold and enjoy your delicious and nutritious watermelon tomato smoothie!


Tips:

- You can also add other fruits like pineapple or strawberries for a different flavor profile.

- For even more nutrients, consider adding a handful of spinach or kale.

- If you want a creamier texture, you can include a banana or a splash of yogurt.
