- Sugar: 1/4 cup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Fresh Fruit: 1 cup (diced; examples include strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, and mangoes)
- Water: 1 cup (for dissolving gelatin)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fruit Juice:
- Combine your chosen fruit juices in a bowl. If desired, mix in the optional sugar until fully dissolved.
2. Dissolve Gelatin:
- In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until it is almost boiling.
- Remove from heat and slowly sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water, whisking until it is fully dissolved.
3. Mix Juice and Gelatin:
- Once the gelatin is dissolved, stir in the fruit juice mixture until well combined.
4. Add Fresh Fruit:
- Gently fold in the diced fresh fruits, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
5. Pour into Molds:
